Shipping & Order Policy
Some items are available for immediate shipment, while others are produced on a preorder basis depending on size availability.
* National Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
* International Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 9–12 business days.
Please note that all orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement. This includes changes to delivery details, size (subject to stock availability), or color. After 24 hours, orders are processed and can no longer be edited.

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
* Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located.
* You receive the wrong item.
* You receive a damaged or defective product (proof must be provided within 48 hours of delivery).
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
* Incorrect size selection by the customer. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
* Change of mind after an order has been placed.
* Shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
* Orders where the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Swap Policy
We offer size swaps only if the requested size is available in stock.
To be eligible for a swap:
* You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the swap unless the swap is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).
Please note:
* Swaps are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.
* Custom, limited-edition, sale, or final-sale items are not eligible for swaps unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
* Once an order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, the size cannot be changed before delivery.
